SHIPPING: 

AUSTRALIA:

Standard Shipping - $9 flat rate Australia wide.

Express Shipping - $15 flat rate - Australia wide.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and tracking numbers will be sent immediately.

Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days (Standard) and 1-2 business days (Express).

NEW ZEALAND: 

Standard Shipping - $15 (AUD) flat rate.

USA: 

Standard Shipping - $25 (AUD) flat rate.

UNITED KINGDOM:

Standard Shipping - $20 (AUD) flat rate.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Standard Shipping - $30 (AUD) flat rate.


RETURNS:


Here at TAW Collective we are proud to offer an amazing returns policy, because the thing is, we trust you’ll love your items from us but we will always understand if something doesn’t fit right! 


Customers are able to return their item(s) for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, however please note we don’t provide refunds for change of mind or change of size returns. 


We will always respectfully ask that all items being returned must be in their original perfect condition and packaging with the tags attached and still be in an unused and saleable condition. If the garment is returned with any marks or scent from deodorant, make up, tan etc we will be unable to offer an exchange.


RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping is to be covered by the customer back to us, however we do cover the shipping when sending the new exchanged item back to you.


HOW TO RETURN: 


Our returns portal makes it easy to process your return.


All you will need to do is email customer service at hello@tawcollective.com and your email will be responded to within 24-48 hours with a link to our returns portal. 


PLEASE NOTE: 


Due to the high demand and sell out of most collections, please note when making a return there will be a 4-6 week wait on the return of your new item as it will come from our pre-sale production. 


We understand you are going to want to rep your TAW Collective wear straight away (which we love!) which is why we will do our best to always make collections true to size & fitting every woman’s body no matter her height, age or size. 


When the rare occasion comes a size you chose doesn’t fit quite right and you do need to exchange, if the stock isn’t sold out from what’s in our warehouse, it’ll be sent same day your return is received. If the return occurs when the stock is sold out & in pre-sale, you’ll be receiving it once pre-sale stock is in the warehouse and ready to be shipped which is going to be a 4-6 week wait.

Thankfully though, we trust this will be a rare occurrence as our sizing is very true to size and consistent so once you know your sizing with us it’s going to be easy for your orders on each collection.


FAULTY ITEMS: 


If you believe your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact our customer service team at hello@tawcollective.com as soon as you can. You will need to include photos of the fault in the email and we will of course do whatever we can to resolve the situation ASAP, including offering a refund if it requires one.


Some faults are going to have to be assessed by our production team before a refund or replacement can be issued and if this is going to be the case you will be kept up to date in email, but please be aware this may take a few weeks. 


If the garment is deemed faulty then we will happily refund the amount including the original shipping fee. If the production team conclude the damage is not due to manufacturing fault – we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
