Our sizing is true to size, so if you’re generally a size 8 or 14 for example in most brands, you will fit our 8 or 14. If you aren’t sure, do check our sizing guide and that will give you the best indication for your perfect fit.

Great question, and our ultimate goal is to have our most favourite pieces chosen by you as customers to sit full time on our site. That’s not going to be for a little while as we get to know what you all love with your buying power.
The idea behind TAW Collective though is we do monthly collection drops, the first one being ‘Embody’. As we begin it is going to take us a hot little minute to get our orders & timing right, so as a new brand doing our very best, we’ll be asking for some grace, but our next collection should be out as close after Embody as possible.

As you can understand, our collections being limited release are in high demand.
Adding an item to your cart when we drop a collection does not reserve or hold that item whilst you are still shopping on the site. It will be able to still be purchased by other customers if they complete their checkout before you.
A great idea is if you know we have a launch coming up, which as we have promised, will inevitably be on each angel number of the month, it will be worth scoping out our collection before hand and knowing exactly what you’re after so you can shop efficiently the day it drops to ensure you don’t miss out on the stock that’s in the warehouse.
We will also always do a ‘pre sale’ as we learn numbers & demand, so you won’t miss out on the first few collections, the difference is you will get what’s in the warehouse so shipped same day, or have to wait the 4-6 weeks for the pre-sale items to come.
As we promise though it’ll always be worth the wait!

The goal is to be releasing collections every month and they’ll always be released on angel dates, so 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, 5/5 .. we know you’re picking up what we’re putting down.
It’s going to take us a hot little minute to get everything humming perfectly though with timing those collections so collections in the beginning may be every couple of months, but we are already working over time to ensure we hit our monthly collection drop goal as soon as humanly possible.

Pre-order is ordering the items you would like whilst the ordering is open. Once we close pre-ordering, then we place the order for production on all items. Production & Shipping will take 4-6 weeks, so although we understand it’s a bit of a wait, we promise you it’ll be worth it once you’re rocking your TAW Collective gear.

All our products are designed in Australia but manufactured in China. We have partnered with manufacturing experts who have 4 decades of experience manufacturing in China between them, ensuring that the production partners we use always have safe working environments and fair wages.
SHIPPING

Every TAW Collective order in Australia is shipped with Australia Post.
All orders ordered before 12pm are shipped same day & you’ll be notified once your order has been packed and shipped, and from there, it is the standard 5-7 business days (although we all know they’re usually a lot faster than that).

Yes.
If you have accidentally entered your address wrong for whatever reason during the purchasing process you can make changes once your order has been processed.
Please email our customer care team at hello@tawcollective.com as soon as humanly possible with the subject line “URGENT” and your order number along with the address updates you need to make.
Obviously if the order has already been shipped you will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking number & request the redirect via them.

Yes, we sure do, we are proud to offer a fair & easy to follow returns policy.
If you receive your order and there are any problems (wrong size or faulty) please email hello@tawcollective.com and our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours.
You will be advised by them the next steps on arranging an exchange or refund and how to return the item. It is a requirement however that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are wanting to make a return and we have a 14 day return policy.
